What are cookies?

Cookies are small files created in a user’s browser to record activity on a website and to enable smoother, more personalised browsing. They are installed automatically on the user’s device.

Strictly necessary (technical) cookies do not store personal data. Other categories — in particular analytics, advertising and behavioural advertising cookies — may process information that, when combined with other identifiers, can relate to an identifiable person.

Cookies used on this website

This website loads Google Analytics 4 (audience measurement) and Google Ads (campaign measurement and remarketing) through Google Tag Manager. Neither is loaded until you consent. The only cookies set before you choose are the strictly necessary ones listed below.

Google Consent Mode. Before you make a choice, Google’s tags run in a restricted mode: they store nothing on your device and send only anonymous, cookie-less signals that let us measure aggregate campaign performance. They begin setting the cookies above only once you accept the relevant category, and stay in the restricted mode if you decline.

We do not use social media cookies. The only other third-party content on this site is the Pipedrive web form embedded on our Contact and Free Audit pages. It loads only on those pages, exists so that you can send us your enquiry, and is treated as strictly necessary for that purpose under Article 22.2 LSSI-CE — it is not used to track you around this site or across other websites. Pipedrive processes what you submit as our processor; see our Privacy Policy.

Consent and legal basis

Strictly necessary (technical) cookies are required for the website to function and are installed on the legal basis of providing the service you request; under Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE) they do not require your consent.

Preference, analytics, advertising and behavioural advertising cookies are installed only with your prior consent, which you give through the consent banner shown on your first visit. You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Changing or withdrawing your consent

Select Manage consent at the bottom of any page to reopen the preferences panel, change any category and save. Withdrawing consent stops the relevant cookies immediately; cookies already stored can be removed through your browser, as described below.

This policy is applied in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), and the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) Guidance on the use of cookies.

How to manage or disable cookies

You can configure, block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings:

You can find more general information about cookies and how to manage or delete them at youronlinechoices.eu and allaboutcookies.org.

Disabling strictly necessary cookies may make browsing on the website less smooth and may cause some services to stop working correctly.

Your data protection rights

Under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD you may exercise the following rights in relation to your personal data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been respected.

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@azzrecovery.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookies Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date, so we recommend reviewing it periodically.
